It doesn’t matter what your fitness levels are like, it’s your attitude that counts. If you’re willing to push yourself you’ll be training alongside like minded people in our fun, challenging and extremely rewarding classes. Our classes are unlike any you will have experienced before.

What makes Velocity Training Club different isn’t just our dynamic training sessions but our proximity to our members. Our small group training sessions have been described as ‘personal training in numbers’. We evolve our approach to provide the challenge our members look for, and in doing so we constantly challenge ourselves to always be at the forefront of new and exciting developments in the fitness world.

We offer over 20 group training sessions per week Monday - Sunday. We offer classes in TRX Suspension Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Athletic Conditioning, Boot Camp Circuits, Ladies Circuits and Boxing. Each delivered by our experienced and knowledgeable team.
